A core part of our 3D modelling software, is a range of sheet metal specific tools, allowing us to build complete virtual models, that can then be unfolded, to produce 100% accurate templates for manufacture.

This digital data can be used by our sub-contract laser cutters to produce identical 2D profiles, which once formed using a CNC press-brake, welded (if needed) and then painted, are returned back to us for assembly.

A single data set ensures consistent manufacturing, so complex designs, can be produced with relative ease.
